1- In case of cancelling any participant training program for any reason, you should inform us with a formal Fax or Email before the date of the course with minimum 7 working days. Otherwise 50% of total training program will be paid as a plenty. 2- In Case of your need to add any participant for any training program, which is confirmed to be run with your company you can inform us with a formal Fax or Mail before the date of the course with minimum 3 working days, and we will inform you the status of this participant before the running date of the course. 3- In case of your need to change the type of the training program for any participant, you have the availability to choose from the confirmed course with your company and inform us with a formal Fax or Email before the date of the course with minimum 5 working days. 4- In Case of changing the date of any participant training program for any reason, you should inform us with a formal Fax or Email before the date of the course with minimum 5 working days. 5- In Case of cancelling any participant training program for any reason for our side (METC), we have to inform you with a formal Fax or Email before the date of the course with minimum 5 working days. 6- In Case of changing the date of any participant training program for any reason for our side (METC), we have to inform you with a formal Fax or Email before the date of the course with minimum 5 working days.
